Fest Forward is now accepting submissions from artists/groups interested in participating in this year’s event.
This fall, the Charlotte Street Arts Centre will once again shine the spotlight on New Brunswick’s thriving music culture when it presents the sixth annual emerging musician’s festival, Fest Forward. Slated to take place November 18-20, Fest Forward provides professional development and performance opportunities for a select group of emerging musicians from across the province.
While the weekend event is still months from now, planning is currently underway and that means submissions are now open for the 2016 edition of the festival that will include photo shoots, professional recording sessions, bio writing, radio and video interviews and performance showcases.
All musicians/groups looking to take the next step in their professional development are encouraged to apply between August 4 and September 23, 2016. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Interested parties are asked to apply using the online form.
FEST FORWARD is pumped up for a great weekend of music and professional development, thanks to our supportive funders from The Fredericton Community Foundation, The City of Fredericton (Arts Culture & Heritage), The Province of New Brunswick (Department of Tourism, Heritage & Culture) & Picaroons.
