The New Brunswick College of Craft and Design is hosting its annual Open House and Craft Sale as part of their regular College activities and to celebrate the 2015 Year of Craft. The Open House will take place on Saturday, November 28, 2015 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
To enjoy our Open House, guests will be greeted at either of the two historic buildings on our downtown campus located at 457 Queen Street, Fredericton, NB. There will be work produced by our students as well as ongoing demonstrations of Aboriginal Arts, Ceramics, Drawing, Fashion Design, Jewellery / Metal Arts, Photography and Textile Design, Digital Media and Graphic Design.
There will also be information on the school’s Foundation Visual Arts Program (FVA), the Graduate Studies Program, and our articulated Bachelors of Applied Arts (BAA) with UNB. In addition, they are thrilled to be announcing the return of our non-credit evening classes, LEAP (Lifelong Education with an Artistic Purpose).
The student craft sale runs Friday, November 27, from noon to 7 p.m.; Saturday, November 28, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, November 29, from noon to 4 p.m.
