Fredericton’s live music destination to host 22 bands in three days as part of this year’s Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival.
The Capital Complex has long been Fredericton’s number one music destination, hosting live performances from local and touring bands 2, 3, 4 and sometimes 5 nights a week. As part of the 2017 Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival, The Capital will host performances by more than twenty acts from home and across the region. But we’re not just talking about jazz, or blues for that matter. Between Thursday September 14 and Saturday September 16, the venue will play host to performances on both its stages (Downstairs – The Capital & Upstairs – Wilser’s Room) spanning everything from loud guitars to soft acoustic sounds. There’s even a reggae band (summer ain’t over yet!).
In addition to the usual evening performances, there will also be a Saturday afternoon bluegrass BBQ. Whats’ not to love?
