2015 Auditions – July 11 at CSAC

battle of the artsBorn in Fredericton in 2010, Battle of the Arts has been working to “encourage young people to be part of something that would allow them to express themselves artistically while raising awareness about human rights”. The event’s first year welcomed 25 New Brunswick artists between the ages of 12 and 25 in wide ranging a showcase of talent.  Since then, the event has spread across the province drawing participants from Bathurst, Moncton, Saint John and Woodstock.

Combining multi-disciplinary arts disciplines with the understanding that art can help facilitate positive change, BOTA works to foster interest and support for young artists throughout the province.

Auditions for BOTA 2015 will be held at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre on Saturday July 11, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.  This year’s theme is “All Different, All Equal”.
