Contemporary folk singer-songwriter Andrea Ramolo brings her latest album to the province this month with performances in Perth-Andover, Woodstock, Fredericton and St. Andrews.
In support of her seventh studio album Quarantine Dream, Ontario singer-songwriter Andrea Ramolo begins a nine date tour of the east coast tomorrow night in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia before working her way through the Maritimes. The tour wraps up with four New Brunswick performances starting in Perth-Andover on March 17 at the Oak Tree before coming to a close at The Dunn Theatre in St. Andrews on March 20.
“I’m beyond thrilled to get back on the road with my new record Quarantine Dream and to finally play once again for friends and fans across Canada,” said Ramolo, in a statement announcing the tour. “The road was always home to me and so I’ve called this one the My Way Home tour. It will feel so good to be back and share these songs live with people who have been supporting my musical journey for years.”
Quarantine Dream was produced, mixed, and engineered by multi-award-winning artist Sarah MacDougall, mastered by Elisa Pangsaeng, and includes co-writes with Kinnie Starr and Hill Kourkoutis and Madison Violet’s Brenley MacEachern and Lisa MacIsaac.
“The record’s about extreme hope, extreme fear, extreme loss, extreme loneliness, and extreme imagination, wishing and hoping for a better tomorrow,” said Ramolo.
