Sweltering Songs Waives All Fees For 2022

Shivering Songs has announced its summer event Sweltering Songs (July 15-17) will shift to a By Donation/Pay What You Can model, creating greater access for individuals and families.

Sweltering Songs is now free!

Thanks to support received from the Government of Canada and other festival partners,, admission to all Sweltering Songs events will now be By Donation / Pay What You Can in advance through swelteringsongs.com and at the door for each event. 

Anyone who pre-purchased tickets to the event will be contacted with refund/donation information.

After launching in 2021, the second edition of Sweltering Songs will feature performances by The Weather Station, Les Hôtesses D’Hilaire, Aquakultre, Motherhood, The Hypochondriacs, Alan Jeffries, Julie Doiron, Le Ren, Cedric Noel, Senior Citizen, Jon Mckiel, JOYFULTALK, Eamon McGrath and more. 

A celebration of songwriting and storytelling, Sweltering Songs 2022 hosts events featured in two tented venues in Downtown Fredericton on the unceded territory of the Wolastoqiyik people.
