Upcoming evening of music and food to support MCAF bursary fund.
Dance & Delicacies is an upcoming fundraiser for the Newcomer Scholarship Fund that assists newcomers to Canada with their post secondary education. The event will take place on Friday, May 6, 8pm, Student Union Building, University of New Brunswick.
Since 2013, the Multicultural Association of Fredericton Newcomer Scholarship Fund has awarded seven scholarships of $1,000 each. Applicants must have relocated to Canada within the last ten years, live in the Greater Fredericton Area and hold permanent resident or Canadian citizenship status and be registered at an approved post secondary educational institution in New Brunswick. The Dance & Delicacies event includes Music by Jukebox Live, international desserts, a silent auction and cash bar.
