New Brunswick artists earn 48 nominations for the 2022 ECMAs

The East Coast Music Association announced the nominees for the 2022 East Coast Music Awards. This year, New Brunswick artists account for just over 20% of this year’s award hopefuls.

This year’s awards include 42 categories.

A province-by-province breakdown of nominees looks like this:

Nova Scotia: 109
New Brunswick: 48
Newfoundland and Labrador: 45
Prince Edward Island: 21

The 34th annual East Coast Music Awards: Festival & Conference will be held May 4 – 8, 2022 in Fredericton, NB. Further announcements from the ECMA, including showcasing artists, conference details, and more will be unveiled in the coming weeks.
