NB punk veterans Neighbourhood Watch celebrate album release, live from Maniac Mansion.
New Brunswick’s long running punk rock institution Neighbourhood Watch have been preparing to release new music for some time now. After teasing their forthcoming album online for more than a year through posts on their Facebook page, the band confirmed a new album will arrive this summer.
With no public venues available to host a traditional album release party, the band have partnered up with the soon-to-be-no-more Fredericton DIY venue Maniac Mansion as the stage for a live streamed performance on July 17.
Rattenkrieg, the first single from the band’s upcoming release, was included on Postponed: The Mixtape, a fundraiser for The Cap and CHSR that was released on May 1.
