Montreal hardcore band Prowl kick off their fall tour with an all ages show at the Monarch Night Club in Fredericton on November 9 with locals guests Kiss The Sky. The upcoming tour will mark the band’s first time visiting the East Coast.
“We’re heading this far east for the first time and all I can say is that we cannot wait to visit these new places,” said Prowl vocalist Max Vallieres. “We’re stoked to get back on the road for this run through New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.”
The band’s debut album The Forgotten Realms was released in July and supported with a European tour during the month of August.
“We released The Forgotten Realms last July which is our first full length record,” said Vallieres. “With COVID we had a lot of time on our hand to focus on the recording process of these eight new songs. We then played two release shows in July and left for our first European tour going through France, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Belgium. It was amazing. When we came back we played the Hold Your Ground festival in Toronto and had a blast.”
A video of the band’s set at Hold Your Ground was released earlier this week.
“We have wanted to play shows in the east part of the country for a while so we started planning a little tour. We’re leaving in less than a week and we’re pumped to play these shows.”
