Denmark hardcore/sludge exports HEXIS with join with the Vancounver-based black metal group SVNEATR for a massive Canadian tour that begins June 3 in Nanaimo, BC and wraps up at The Rockhouse, St. John’s, NL

HEXIS emerged in Denmark in the year 2010, following the DIY-spirit of the punk and hardcore scene, while simultaneously being deeply rooted in the black metal sound. Combining these influences with bits and pieces of doom and sludge, HEXIS have crafted two full-length albums as well as countless EPs and split-releases.

Prior to 2020, the band was averaging close to 120 live shows a year, through relentless touring across Europe, New Zealand, Australia and Asia.  This summer’s Canadian trek will make the band’s first full Canadian tour as well as its first North American shows since 2017.

Progressive black metal group SVNEATR will join HEXIS for this summer’s tour. Hailing from Vancouver, SVNEATR released their album Chinook last year to rave reviews.

SVNEATR recently signed with Los Angeles-based Prosthetic Records for their third full-length album, which is expected to arrive next year.

Upcoming Performances:

June 29 | Monteith Manor | Woodstock, NB
June 30 | Broken Record Bar and Music Room | Fredericton, NB (with Anthesis)
