Music·Musique NB has announced 35 bands and solo artists showcasing at this year’s festival.
While the 12th edition of Festival (506), Music·Musique NB’s annual festival and industry conference, may still be three months away, organizers are already deep into planning this year’s event scheduled to take place October 25-28 in Caraquet, NB.
“It is our first time hosting this event in the Acadian Peninsula,” says Jean Surette, Executive Director of Music·Musique NB (MNB). “We are really looking forward for this chance to showcase New Brunswick artists in a region they might not have toured before.”
The showcasing acts announced last week represent a wide range of provincial talent from Hip-Hop to Blues and were picked earlier this summer through a jury process. See the full list of artists below.
Festival passes are now on sale. Fan Passports which give access to all the shows (excluding the premium shows like the Awards Show) are on sale for $25. PRO Passports, which include access to all the shows, plus the conference sessions, are available for $40.
