Popular summer festival also unveils improvements to patron experience including site upgrades and new ticketing methods.
The 2017 Evolve Festival has announced the Sam Roberts Band as one of this year’s headline performers. The JUNO Award-winning band joins previously announced acts BROS, Xavier Rudd, Radio Radio, and Grammy Award winners Arrested Development for the festival, which takes place in Beersville, NB from July 13-16, 2017.
This year will mark the festival’s second year at the Beersville location after relocating from its longtime home just outside Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
Organizers have announced several improvements for the 2017 edition with increased free water stations, improved signage and infographics with helpful information aimed at improving patron experience as well as doubling the amount of onsite paramedics.
This year’s festival also welcomes the addition of daily passes for Friday, Saturday and Sunday performances, which also include onsite camping and parking.
Since moving to their new location in Beersville, NB last year, over $500,000 has been invested into the Evolve Festival site including upgrades to the camping section, on-site showers, and additional lighting.
“With our biggest lineup to date, we are preparing to welcome more people than ever this year,” says Jonas Colter, Evolve Festival’s Executive Director. “We have been working diligently with professionals to both improve the grounds, which we consider to be the very best New Brunswick has to offer, and our internal processes to ensure a safe and seamless experience for our attendees. Evolve truly is evolving!”
