Andrea Ramolo brings the songs of Leonard Cohen to NB

Category: music 379

Toronto musician Andrea Ramolo will perform in Fredericton and St. Andrews later this month in support of her latest album, Homage.

On her latest album, Homage, Toronto musician Andrea Ramolo shares her own interpretations of Leonard Cohen’s words and music.

Through ten tracks, this “love project” finds Ramolo momentarily stepping away from her own developing, ten year career as a country/folk artist to explore the work of one of her favourite songwriters. Revisiting some of Cohen’s most popular songs like Famous Blue Raincoat, Everybody Knows and Suzanne, Homage is a career spanning tribute to one of Canada’s best known artists.

Ramolo will be performing a series of dates throughout the east coast beginning in Halifax on January 26 and eventually making her way to New Brunswick for a pair of performances in Fredericton and St. Andrews. Complete details for all dates below.
