A Tannery Event Like No Other

Four Fredericton businesses have partnered to bring an afternoon of music by The Grateful Dead to Fredericton’s Tannery.

In a unique act of collaboration, The Cap, Dolan’s Pub, Klub Khrome and Signature Sound have teamed up to bring live music back downtown in a very new and exciting way.

On Sunday August 9, these four businesses will jointly host an afternoon performance in celebration of two classic albums by The Grateful Dead. The event, Workingman’s Beauty, will see local musicians Ian Beattie, Connor Fox, Aaron Bravener, Josh Bravener, Patrick Gushue and Sean Hutchins perform all the songs from the band’s Workingman’s Dead and American Beauty albums, in honour of their 50th anniversaries.

The event will feature a large stage setup in front of the Klub Khrome wall opposite Dolan’s Pub, with all three bars are working together to serve customers with Covid-19 precautions in place. there will also be additional seating in front of the stage area.
